What is uLens?

uLens is TDI's AI powered retail execution platform built for Unilever Bangladesh. Field representatives use the mobile app to follow Planned Journey Plans, capture shelf images, and instantly detect SKUs, POSM materials, and product placement via computer vision. The system calculates KPIs like planogram adherence, shelf share, and compliance scores and feeds everything into a centralized dashboard for real time decision making. It transforms fragmented field reporting into a unified, data driven operation at national scale.
